RGB Screen & Pixel Check (also known as “RGB Screen Light · Pixel Check”, “the app”) is developed and published by Naladimarth (“Naladimarth”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these Terms, Naladimarth grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
You agree you will not (and will not allow others to):
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The app is a utility tool intended for screen testing, display inspection, and visual checking purposes only. You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for how you use the app, including the duration, brightness level, and any effects on your device or health.
The app may display static colors, high brightness levels, or rapidly changing visuals for testing purposes. Prolonged use of high-brightness static images may cause image retention or screen burn-in, particularly on OLED/AMOLED displays.
You assume all risks related to using the app, including risks of screen degradation, image retention, burn-in, battery drain, device heating, or other hardware effects.
The app may include visuals that flash or change rapidly (strobe-like effects). Such visuals may trigger discomfort, dizziness, headaches, nausea, or seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions.
You assume all risks related to photosensitivity and similar health effects. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, altered vision, nausea, or muscle twitches.
The app may help you identify issues such as dead/stuck/abnormal pixels, but results are provided for informational purposes only. The app does not provide professional, certified, manufacturer-approved, or warranty-grade diagnostics.
We do not guarantee that the app will detect all issues, fix dead pixels, improve display quality, or produce accurate results in all cases.
The app is not designed, intended, or certified for use in any high-risk, safety-critical, or regulated environments, including medical, emergency response, navigation, aviation, or life-support systems. You agree not to use the app for such purposes.
The app may use third-party services (for example, Google Firebase Crashlytics) to process crash and diagnostic data for stability and performance improvements. Third-party services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies.
Naladimarth is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NALADIMARTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NALADIMARTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NALADIMARTH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR A FREE APP, IS ZERO) OR INR 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naladimarth from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the app; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app. These Terms will survive termination to the extent necessary (including Sections on disclaimers and limitation of liability).
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You agree that the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the app.
