Naladimarth grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All results provided by the app are for informational and reference purposes only and do not constitute professional, certified, or manufacturer-approved diagnostics.
Naladimarth is not responsible for warranty claims, repair decisions, or disputes between users and device manufacturers, sellers, or service providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NALADIMARTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEAD PIXELS WILL BE FIXED, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NALADIMARTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARDWARE DAMAGE, SCREEN BURN-IN, DATA LOSS, HEALTH-RELATED EFFECTS, OR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naladimarth from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the app.
Naladimarth reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
