Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Themed Calculator, a mobile calculator application developed and maintained by Naladimarth (“Themed Calculator,” “the app,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you are under the age at which you can legally enter into a binding agreement in your country or region, you should use the app only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Themed Calculator is provided as a general-purpose utility for everyday calculations. The current app includes features such as:

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disable, overload, compromise, or interfere with the app, its services, other users, third-party systems, or Google Play.

The app is a general utility tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, scientific, safety, or other professional advice.

Calculator output is not a substitute for professional judgment, independent verification, official records, regulated software, or advice from a qualified professional.

You are responsible for independently checking every calculation, percentage, expression, and result before relying on it for an important personal, financial, legal, business, academic, medical, engineering, safety, or technical purpose.

We aim to provide a reliable calculator experience, but we do not guarantee that every input, expression, result, preview, percentage, rounding decision, operator sequence, or history entry will always be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Results may be affected by floating-point arithmetic, rounding, display precision, operator rules, unsupported expressions, invalid input, very large or very small values, device limitations, software defects, or future changes to the calculation engine.

Live preview is provided for convenience and may change as you continue editing an expression. You should rely only on a completed and independently verified calculation.

The app is not designed or certified for safety-critical, regulated, emergency, clinical, navigation, industrial-control, accounting-ledger, tax-filing, or high-risk decision-making use.

Some calculator themes are available without watching an advertisement. Additional bonus themes may be temporarily unlocked by voluntarily watching a rewarded advertisement.

In the current version, a qualifying rewarded-ad interaction unlocks available bonus themes for approximately 24 hours. The unlock period begins when the app records the reward. The unlock is:

• temporary, device-based, and linked to local app storage;
• not transferable between users or devices;
• not redeemable for money, credit, goods, or any other value;
• not a purchase, subscription, ownership right, or permanent licence; and
• capable of being lost if app data is cleared, local storage is corrupted, the app is uninstalled, or the device or app environment changes.

An internet connection is generally required to request a rewarded ad. Ads may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, fail to load, fail to display, or fail to produce a reward because of network conditions, third-party service availability, consent status, regional restrictions, technical failures, or other factors outside our control.

You must not manipulate device time, network state, app storage, ad callbacks, software, or other technical systems to obtain or extend a reward without satisfying the applicable reward condition.

We may change the number of free or bonus themes, the unlock duration, the availability of rewarded ads, or the reward mechanism in a future app version. Any change remains subject to applicable law and Google Play requirements.

The app currently uses third-party services and software components, including:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for rewarded advertisements;
• Google User Messaging Platform for advertising consent and privacy-choice controls where required;
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash and stability diagnostics;
• Google Play and Android platform services; and
• open-source libraries and software components used under their respective licences.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the provider’s terms, privacy policies, consent messages, device settings, and platform rules.

Third-party advertisements and external services are selected, delivered, and operated by third parties. We do not control and do not endorse every advertisement, advertiser, website, product, claim, service, or external destination shown through an ad.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naladimarth is not responsible for third-party content, offers, transactions, availability, accuracy, legality, security, data practices, or performance. Exercise appropriate caution before interacting with an advertisement or third-party service.

The app stores information locally on your device to provide its features. This may include:

• recent calculation expressions and results;
• selected calculator theme;
• sound and haptic preferences;
• walkthrough-completed status;
• bonus-theme unlock expiry; and
• other basic settings required for app operation.

The current app limits stored calculation history to the 50 most recent entries. Older entries may be removed automatically as new entries are added.

Naladimarth does not operate an app account or a dedicated cloud-sync service for your calculator history. Android, your device manufacturer, or a backup service may separately handle device or app backups according to its own settings and terms.

You are responsible for your device, backups, access controls, and locally stored app data. Local information may be lost or become unavailable because of deletion, clearing app data, uninstalling the app, device loss, storage corruption, operating-system changes, device replacement, backup failure, compatibility changes, or software defects.

You agree that you will not:

• use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• interfere with, disable, overload, or disrupt the app or related services;
• bypass, defeat, manipulate, or circumvent advertising, consent, reward, theme-unlock, security, usage, or technical restrictions;
• use modified clients, scripts, automation, emulators, network manipulation, or other methods to generate invalid advertising interactions or rewards;
• attempt unauthorized access to source code, services, systems, data, or infrastructure;
• introduce malware, harmful code, deceptive behavior, or security vulnerabilities;
• scrape, overload, attack, probe, or misuse the app or third-party services;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except where expressly permitted by law; or
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, licence, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

The app’s original branding, arrangement, user-interface design, text, graphics, visual presentation, theme implementation, and proprietary source code are owned by or licensed to Naladimarth, subject to applicable law.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, icons, SDKs, and other components remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used under their applicable licences and terms.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the app for lawful personal or internal purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.

No ownership right in the app, brand, source code, themes, or related materials is transferred to you.

You may voluntarily send suggestions, bug reports, reviews, or other feedback. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, private calculation history, or other highly sensitive information.

Unless prohibited by law or separately agreed in writing, you permit us to use voluntarily submitted non-confidential feedback to evaluate, maintain, or improve the app without an obligation to pay compensation.

We are not required to implement any suggestion, reply to every message, or provide individual technical support.

We may release updates that fix defects, change calculations, modify themes, add or remove features, change advertising behavior, improve security, or support new Android or Google Play requirements.

You may need to install an update to continue using some features. Older app versions may become incompatible, insecure, unsupported, or unavailable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continued compatibility with every device, operating-system version, screen size, accessibility setting, or third-party service.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature, theme, service integration, or the app itself, subject to applicable law.

The app may open external websites or applications, including privacy and terms pages, Google Play listings, advertising destinations, support pages, Google privacy controls, and pages for other Naladimarth apps.

External content is provided for convenience and may change without notice. Naladimarth is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accessibility, products, services, or practices of a third-party website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties, representations, and conditions of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, compatibility, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or guarantees. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the extent legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naladimarth and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to the app.

This may include loss or damage connected with:

• incorrect, incomplete, rounded, or misunderstood calculations;
• decisions made using calculator results or live previews;
• loss, deletion, corruption, or unavailability of local history or settings;
• app crashes, defects, interruptions, performance problems, or incompatibility;
• rewarded ads, unavailable ads, expired rewards, or theme-unlock issues;
• third-party advertisements, SDKs, websites, products, or services;
• device, operating-system, network, backup, or storage problems;
• unauthorized access to an unlocked or compromised device;
• visual discomfort, display differences, sound, vibration, or accessibility issues;
• loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; or
• financial, legal, tax, professional, business, academic, medical, or personal decisions.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or another non-excludable legal obligation.

You may stop using the app at any time and may uninstall it from your device.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a feature or service where reasonably necessary for legal, platform, security, technical, operational, or misuse-related reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, governing-law, and general provisions—will continue to apply.

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy for Themed Calculator .

The Privacy Policy explains local data storage and the technical data that may be processed by Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, and Firebase Crashlytics.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together. If a privacy disclosure conflicts with these Terms on how information is handled, the Privacy Policy controls for that privacy matter.

We may update these Terms when app features, calculation behavior, advertising, third-party services, platform requirements, business practices, or laws change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, material changes may also be communicated through the app, store listing, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the app after revised Terms take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your country or region apply.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Naladimarth and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution rights under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the app will be subject to the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable in-app or Google Play terms, form the agreement governing your use of Themed Calculator.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the app, or similar legitimate business change, subject to applicable law.
